A DIFFERENT LOOK.....AND ITS SIMPLE....BUT INNOVATIVE.......Make a seal for the bottel......fill the bottel with mineral water....add some bleach to it... and place it over (top) of the roof...where it can receive the sunlight.....thats alll.....its simple....just visit this vedio,u will be getting a complete idea....this can bring light for the poor,who cannot effort to pay the bill....AND I HOPE THAT.....IF WE COULD START TO BUIT THESE KIND ...FROM EEE (we guys )...ITS WOULD BE A APPROACH TO HELP THE POOR......@Vali.
